01 Do you use eco-friendly products?
Where possible yes we use eco-friendly products, depending on the type of cleaning required we may have to use alternative cleaning products.
02 How often should I have my home cleaned?
It depends on your household. Most families choose weekly or bi-weekly for upkeep, while monthly club is a more detailed level of cleaning. We'll happily advise what works best for you.
03 What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains your home week to week. A deep clean is a thorough top-to-bottom reset — ideal before starting a regular service, or as an occasional spring clean.
04 Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
We provide everything needed aside from a vacuum, we use your vacuum to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. We will provide a vacuum depending on the level of service required.
05 Will I have the same cleaner every visit?
Yes, wherever possible. We believe a familiar, trusted face makes all the difference, so we keep you with the same cleaner for your regular visits.
06 Do I have to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many clients are out at work while we clean. We can arrange secure key holding so your visits happen whether you're in or out.
07 Are you insured and DBS checked?
Absolutely. Our team is fully insured and DBS checked, so you can have complete peace of mind letting us into your home or business.
08 What areas do you cover?
We cover King's Lynn, Downham Market, Watlington, West Winch, Shouldham, Wiggenhall St Germans, Marham & Surrounding Areas. Depending on the service required, we may service outside of these areas.
09 How long does a typical clean take?
It varies with the size of your property and the type of clean. We'll give you a clear idea during your free, no-obligation consultation.
10 Can you help with end-of-tenancy cleaning?
Yes. Our end-of-tenancy cleans are landlord and agency ready, helping you hand a property back spotless and protect your deposit.
11 Do you clean homes that are going up for sale?
We do. A professionally cleaned home shows far better to buyers — we'll help present yours at its very best for viewings and photos.
12 How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner the better, especially for one-off and end-of-tenancy cleans. Get in touch and we'll do our best to fit around your dates.
13 Do you offer office and commercial cleaning?
Yes. We clean offices, shops and commercial spaces on regular contracts or as one-off deep cleans across King's Lynn & surrounding areas.
