A builders clean is the initial clean after all tradespeople have finished their jobs. This means during a builders clean all heavy dust, paint, plaster and construction debris will be removed. Builders cleans require specialist tools/products to be used, due to the heavy construction mess that standard tools/products cannot handle.
If you are looking for a builders clean quote, make sure the company you are getting a quote from has the appropriate tools/products/insurance.
